About us

What does Human+ mean?

Human+ is a new model of the human being in the world of technology. It’s not a futuristic vision, but a very practical concept: a person who doesn’t fight technology, but knows how to use it consciously and for the benefit of themselves and others.

Human+ is someone who uses AI, technology, and science as tools to support development and well-being, while maintaining emotional safety, agency, and a sense of meaning. It’s a person who can collaborate with technology—without losing autonomy or values.

We believe that Human+ is the future of work, education, well-being, and leadership.
And this course prepares you to support others in becoming exactly that kind of person.

Who’s behind this?

This course is created by a team of passionate practitioners who combine psychology, technology, and education. Among us are visionaries who spot trends before they become mainstream, and strategists who know how to turn ideas into concrete actions. Together, we create a space where people learn to work with AI in a human, wise, and responsible way. You can meet the course leaders below:

dr Barbara Zych

CEO of Employer Branding Institute, global HRxAI speaker

In the world of technology, they call me the doctor of meaning. I help leaders and organizations build meaning at work in the era of artificial intelligence. I believe technology doesn’t have to take away our humanity – it can strengthen it.

As the CEO of Employer Branding Institute, author, and creator of the EBnavi.com platform, I combine AI, neuroscience, and data with positive psychology, mindfulness, and the idea of values-driven work. I co-created the first postgraduate program in Poland on “AI in HR” and lead international projects supporting the development of organizations and people in the new work reality. I serve as a juror and lecturer at major HR competitions in China, India, and the Americas. I am building the world’s largest global EB community under the name EBstars.

Today I live where the Polish writer Sienkiewicz once rested – with a view of the forest, a garden, and fast internet that allows me to work globally without giving up living locally. I find peace paddleboarding on rivers, and my passion is innovation in psychotherapy.
